I made the appointment on 5/9 and technician, Harvey, came out and diagnosed the problem. On 5/21 another technician called and asked if I had the parts at my house, that he was on his way but he had no parts for me. After assuring him that I did not have the parts, I checked my account and guess what? The parts were received on 5/14 at the warehouse!! He stated that since he did not have the parts on his truck, I would have to reschedule the appointment, which was rescheduled for 5/31. I received 2 texts confirming my appointment and 2 phone calls confirming my appointment. On the morning of my appointment, I called to make sure it was still on (with a funny feeling about it) and guess what? They had no appointment for me on 5/31, after I received 2 texts and 2 calls confirming before. I was told that I had to wait until 6/11 for the dryer and 6/18 for the washer repair. How stupid, why would you not fix them both on the same day since you had received all parts on 5/14? They were not able to schedule both repairs for 6/11 so I had no choice but to go with 6/18. Technician, Harvey, came out and repaired my dryer but was not able to repair the original issue with the washer. He was very apologetic and assured me that the issue would be taken care of. Now, I have to wait for them to see if they can get the part to actually repair the issue with the washer. My washer and dryer were purchased in 2007 and are in excellent condition (Harvey even said he had not seen any this clean). I know if I have to buy new ones, they will NOT last as long as these have. I just want mine fixed. I gave this visit a "4 star" because at least Harvey did what he was supposed to do and was very polite and apologized for not being able to fix the original issue.
