The work was finally completed today on my washer, for that I am grateful! My washer has been out since later April. 3 appointments have been made, they only come to Kingstree every 2 weeks! I will never purchase another appliance from Lowe’s! Not only has it been over a month, the invoice cost was $ 840. Just insane, but again I am grateful for the wonderful service today!!

Mr. Cliff was our repairman for our GE refrigerator. He professionally checked for possible causes of the problem, explaining what he was finding. He fixed the problem in a timely fashion. He was friendly and courteous. Thank you Sears and Mr. Cliff!

Getting service was a headache. Dealing with AI. When the service man came, he did a great job. He knew what was the problem, fixed it, and was on his way. Lee had been to my house before.
