Aaron did a great job in trying to redo an incorrect repair. Too bad we cannot get in touch with a human to have told them about our non functioning repair. They could have ordered the parts before they got here. Now another week.

Customers should have a better ETA for their services. Than sitting a whole day waiting for Technicians to arrive. You need to have a better system of contact with your Technicians
