Very knowledgeable. i am still waiting on lowes protect for a refrigerator....they are still waiting on you to send them the service call info......so i guess we are both waiting on you guys....

Anthony came out to repair my air condition unit. He is so knowledgeable as he was able to explain what had gone wrong and made the necessary repairs. X He even have tips to prolong the life of your unit. He is very funny and took the edge off my anxiety regarding the unit. Thank you Anthony for your service and being so kind and caring. Be bless.

The technician was the best! He pin pointed the problem ordered the parts and when he was finally able; (my appointment was rescheduled 3 times with the changes happening on the same day of appointment) returned and completed the job without problem. However, there should be more technicians in the field to complete the work in a timely manner.
