Aaron did a great job in trying to redo an incorrect repair. Too bad we cannot get in touch with a human to have told them about our non functioning repair. They could have ordered the parts before they got here. Now another week.

We love the service provided by Sears today for our washer repair. Anytime we call in for a service and Sears are the ones to come out we’re elated because we know we’ll get excellent customer service and we’ll as satisfaction in the repair.

Used them to fix my LG washer since I couldn’t find anyone else to service it. I was over charged for parts and have been trying to get reimbursed for the last 2 months. Have called repeatedly and spoke to someone to only tell me I will expedite the refund with no action. The service took forever, they kept canceling and rescheduling. I will never use them again. I will buy a new washer first!!!

If I could give no stars I would!!! I’ve had an appointment scheduled since June for someone to come out to my home to look at my washer. NO ONE has showed up yet. But I’m still getting emails and a bill saying that someone has been there. And emails and updates on services that I haven’t received. I’ve contacted home services on after every scheduled appointment since June when no had showed up and I’m always given an excuse and another appointment. Here we are in October and still nothing. But it wasn’t an issue taking my money for the extended warranty money I could’ve been using now to purchase me a new washer. Smh. Ridiculous. Zerooooooo ⭐️’s!!
