He was punctual. However, he did not do a general check to the unit. He just used his app to diagnose. He said fan was bad replaced but did not very that that the rest was in good condition. Freezer still is not freezing and not making ice

If I could give minus stars I would. I have a home warranty so when my warranty company scheduled Sears to come out and fix my range top, I was pretty happy its Sears after all. I was contacted immediately by someone to get the part ordered which arrived on my door step two days later. I had scheduled the repair for two weeks out (earliest they could schedule) The week and weekend before my appointment I was notified via text to confirm the appointment several times. I took the day of the appt off since the repair window was between 8am-5pm. Thus started the month long saga. The day of the appt around 3pm I was sent a text that said basically I needed to reschedule. When I tried to get ahold of an actual person, it took me 3 numbers and about 45 min. To which I was told that they had no techs to come out. This happend 3 times over the course of a month. I called my warranty people who immediately scheduled it with another company who came out and fixed the issue in 10 min. using the parts which were already here. I literally just got an email from Sears telling me to send the parts back or we will be charged! My home warranty people are on it but beware! These people are not good and its terrible they carry the Sears name. I remember when Sears was amazing! Not so anymore

This technician was seem to have no technical knowledge. He looked then said he needed to order part. He left mounting screws out, but told us to use. The bottom basket slid out and went across floor when I was loading. 2 plates broken. When he came back I had to help install part. When finished I asked shouldn’t we turn on. He said no and left. Unprofessional and plain stupid.

I told Sears that my error code was AE6 and therefore they should replace the control board. The tech arrived without the part , could not bring up the error code and came to replace the pump despite not being aware of the model.
