Replacement of ice maker by technician was great. My issue with the company is you can’t call to talk to a human being and its estimated arrival times are totally incorrect. You’ll be waiting around till they get to you.

He came in and replaced parts but still would not work. Lowe’s warranty is replacing it. He was professional and really tried to fix the washer.
