Mr. Ben was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He did all the troubleshooting to fix my double wall oven. Even to attempt to remove the over 200 pound oven singlehanded; to check the electrical connections in the back. Without the additional help at this time, it was proposed to have an electrician check the connection and the fuse box. If this doesn’t solve the problem he will return. I was very satisfied with today’s work and future plan.

All good. He was quick. Leveled out left door but said freezer drawer was good as is. Track was fine. We just need to open and close from the middle. No charge since brand new and covered under warranty.
