Ben was wonderful! He communicated in a timely manner and let me know when he was on the way. He was friendly and efficient. Other appliance repair places said I would have to wait a week and a half before anyone could come, but Sears Appliance Repair sent someone today! That was amazing!

Ben was very thorough. He even checked my breaker box. He called to say he was running late and then called again to let me know when he was in the way so that I wasn’t stuck waiting all day
