On time. Quick and efficient. A pleasure to invite into our home and to do work on our range. He initially diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and return four days later to complete an installation. All is working great. Fantastic job. Great gentleman.

Tom was able to diagnose the problem quickly , order the correct parts same day. He came back as scheduled to fix the issue and all is working as it should. Very much appreciated his skill and friendliness. Sears Repair though needs improvement on their text links ( pretty much useless)and time frame , as i had to miss 2 days of work bc they only give time frames of 8 am- 5 pm. ( the fix and diagnosis were less than half hou each !)
