Mr. Ben was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He did all the troubleshooting to fix my double wall oven. Even to attempt to remove the over 200 pound oven singlehanded; to check the electrical connections in the back. Without the additional help at this time, it was proposed to have an electrician check the connection and the fuse box. If this doesn’t solve the problem he will return. I was very satisfied with today’s work and future plan.

Frigidaire dishwasher broken plastic part. Made very cheaply. But Ben came out and replaced the rack parts. He was great but the time frame day of service is honestly unacceptable. 8-5?? Then the day of, you get an update etc. but for working people, this is horrible.
