He got there bright and early so I didn't have to wait all day! He couldn't get it to not drain after driving 3 1/2 hrs. twice this month because he canceled the day of 2 weeks ago! But it is working.

Stephan showed up on time and identified the problem with our washer quickly. He had the part with him and while he was installing it he found another problem we didn’t even know about. He repaired that as well . Sears appliance repair is great
