Technician was on time (8 am)for appt very informative and helpful. However, A&E won't fix my a/c drain issue. Having to call Choice Home Warranty to set up a plumbing company to fix my problem. Technician did suggest I have an automatic shut off added to my unit. I appreciate that info.

Tech was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Showed up on time, explained the problem in simple terms and corrected it on the spot. Another technician from a different company misdiagnosed the problem and could not correct it. Ken analyzed the issue and solved it in one visit. I would still be waiting for repairs if I had stayed with the other company. Great job!
