The two repairmen who made the repairs did an excellent job, were very courteous, as usual, and made the required repairs.

The service person gave us our options. Since repairs would be costly, we chose to purchase a new washer. He was courteous and gave us his best advice from his perspective as a service person. We appreciated his advise and attitude towards our predicament
