The problem with my dryer was resolved promptly and efficiently by the repairman from Sears. Probably a plus for him and for us is that he encouraged us to extend our warranties on our refrigerator and oven, which we did. Thanks for the quick service.

Technician was very good and attentive to his job; I am pleased as he performed his work ethics well and was considerate of our appliances. The repairman came when he was scheduled to come,he fixed my dryer within a short time, so far all is well. My only complain was that I had to wait six days before he could be scheduled to come and we had to take our laundry to a laundromat. But at least we don't have to do that now.
