Found that the freezer contents had thawed. Called Sears service and they immediately set up a service call. Technician arrived within 3 hours and went over the refrigerator completely. It was working properly and we came to the conclusion that an item in the lower drawer had prevented the freezer from completely closing, allowing warm air in and the subsequent thawing. Nonetheless, the prompt service, a knowledgable repair tech and a good outcome were worth the call.

Great job, replaced bad part and fridge was repaired in a short time.

The serviceman was here on time and was very professional as he went about the repair. I would certainly request for Randy to do any future repairs to our appliances '
