Jimmy, the technician Sears sent over, was the best. He figured out what was wrong with the dishwasher and repaired it within a couple of hours. It was quite extensive and complicated, but he got the job done and my ten year old Bosch Dishwasher is now as good as new. He was very professional, clean and polite. He definitely knew what he was doing and he enjoyed it. I was very impressed with him! From the time I called them, to the time I got my appliance fixed, dealing with Sears was an A+ experience. Louis, the person I set up the repair appointment with, was also very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Thank you so much for such outstanding service! Sears, you are the best appliance repair center in the entire Myrtle Beach area! Kudos to you!
