Adam was amazing. While this was unfortunately not an easy or straight forward repair, Adam PERSONALLY made certain the correct parts were delivered to the house, stayed until he was certain the job was done and contacted me as a follow up to make sure all was well. A great service man!

The employee was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was very kind and respectful. He even had two dogs running around his feet and was great with them. I would have him back here in a moment if we needed him but let's hope we don't.

Repaired the Ice maker inside the refrigerator. Replaced the ice maker, and spent at least 2 hours here to make sure it was fixed and working. Mr Mike was our Technician. He maintained the Covid-19 protocol’s required to keep us all safe, as was my family also maintained our masks. He was a Professional and we talked briefly as required by health.
