The repair persons were exceptional! John & Cat completed the job of replacing our treadmill belt and the belt drive. they were very professional and completed the job to perfection. We will most definitely call Sears again.

The tech was great! The complaint I have is that it took 3 months to get a part for a refrigerator that was built in 2021! Why? Secondly, the system should have the flexibility of having a ship to address, and a bill to address. Right now, a part for my condo must be delivered to the condo address. I live 20 minutes from the unit and cannot always be there when the part arrives. It would be so much easier if the part could have been delivered to my home address. Thirdly, I have asked to get a phone call when the tech is leaving for my condo/house 30 minutes before arrival so that I have time to drive to the unit. When I go to the unit this morning, the tech was already there! Chances are if there was no renters in the unit, he would have left a note stating that there was nobody home. Come on guys, you can do better than this!!!
