The tech was great! The complaint I have is that it took 3 months to get a part for a refrigerator that was built in 2021! Why? Secondly, the system should have the flexibility of having a ship to address, and a bill to address. Right now, a part for my condo must be delivered to the condo address. I live 20 minutes from the unit and cannot always be there when the part arrives. It would be so much easier if the part could have been delivered to my home address. Thirdly, I have asked to get a phone call when the tech is leaving for my condo/house 30 minutes before arrival so that I have time to drive to the unit. When I go to the unit this morning, the tech was already there! Chances are if there was no renters in the unit, he would have left a note stating that there was nobody home. Come on guys, you can do better than this!!!

Workmen were all great. Repair was expensive. Communication could have been better. I got a notification immediately before his arrival but I would have liked a confirmation of the appointment the night before the arrival as a reminder.

Our repair person did a wonderful job. He did leave behind the old water pump. I was thinking he may need to return the old pump to management, etc. My husband and I really liked our repair person very, very much. five stars!!!

This time we did have a wonderful gentleman by the name of Steve who was representing Sears from a company by the name of A-E who has bought out Sears. They are now doing all the repair business since Sears is now out of business. He was a very delightful gentleman. He in just a short time took care of us and took care of our problem as well. He is very knowledgeable and could not have been more pleasing to do business with. I would certainly do business with them anytime.
