The technician kept me apprised of his anticipated arrival time and was professional and courteous. He replaced the dishwasher motor, being careful to keep the area clean and checked for operating and leaks before leaving. The worst part of the entire process, having nothing to do with the technician, was the inability to actually SPEAK to someone at the Sears home repair #. Extremely frustrating and I’m almost to the point where I want to cancel my service contract. So final rating on a scale of 1 to 5, Technician 5, Customer Service # 1. Do better please Sears.

My only issue was inability to speak to someone with a requirement to basically be willing to spend all day waiting for technician.

Thomas arrived on time and spent the necessary time to diagnose our issue and thoroughly explained our options. The big issue I had was Sears AI process. It needs work. I could not complete some of the actions that were requested and wouldn't let you fully explain the issue, It got the spelling of my town wrong which created other issues, and it would not let me edit. Today I kept getting texts telling me to reschedule even though the work was done and paid for. Very frustrating!
