The technician kept me apprised of his anticipated arrival time and was professional and courteous. He replaced the dishwasher motor, being careful to keep the area clean and checked for operating and leaks before leaving. The worst part of the entire process, having nothing to do with the technician, was the inability to actually SPEAK to someone at the Sears home repair #. Extremely frustrating and I’m almost to the point where I want to cancel my service contract. So final rating on a scale of 1 to 5, Technician 5, Customer Service # 1. Do better please Sears.

Technician was not able to repair and said that there was no way to fix freezer. Technician was very pleasant but I wasted $129 for the diagnosis.

Freezer unit working when service tech arrived. Did not work for 4 days prior.Service tech excellent with advice and only problem was it took 5 days to get serviced.
