I received a text saying that he would be here between 8 AM and 5 PM. The technician was great but didn’t get there till 630. I have been waiting all day though. I’m sure it’s not his fault.

Technician was not able to repair and said that there was no way to fix freezer. Technician was very pleasant but I wasted $129 for the diagnosis.
