This was the first time in five years that the technician was here on time. In the past years, I have waited several hours past the scheduled time for the technician to show up. So, for the first time in five years, I was happy with the service.

Our Kitchenaid range with steam quit working after it displayed a "BLOWER LOW SPEED TOO LOW" message. We probably would have replaced the range except for the extended warranty. I called Sears and scheduled an appointment for about a week later. Since the first visit was a diagnostic visit, a second visit to actually repair the range was scheduled for two weeks later. The repairmen have been competent and polite. The range was fixed after a blower and a circuit board were replace. After two weeks, fan in the stove began to make a racket. The vibration went away, but does not leave us with a good feeling about this appliance.
