The repairman was excellent, he was bright informative and professional but waiting nearly 6 weeks for service was very disappointing and frustrating.

Happy with my washer and dryer

problem wasn't fixed. he didn't have a part. Now I have to go without a refrigerator for another 3 weeks. Will never purchase anything else from sears. I spent all that extra money for a sear contract. service guy was suppose to be here on the sept 18th--don't have any sevice people so they pushed back another week to the sept 25th. don't buy anything from sears if your smart

Great and quick assessment of problem. But wish I had checked washer too since repairman was there. Would have been nice if he had asked to jog my memory.
