The service tech, Ben, was great. He communicated well, was respectful and knowledgeable. He gets 5 stars. However, the repair was extremely over priced. The start button on my dryer has broke off and the tech said that the entire board behind the buttons needed to be replaced and the replacement cost for the board was over $600! That's insane for a dryer that operates and just needs a button! I asked if I could just purchase a button, he said that I'd have to go online to buy one, so I paid the diagnostic fee and contacted another company, who repaired the button. I've used Sears in the past, but they probably won't be the first I call in the future.

I would like a refund of my $125. I had to do all the work defrost. The refrigerator freezer took me three days. I had to throw my food away and he did not clean up after himself and your automated system kept asking me for model number when I gave it to the Home Warranty service from day one and gave it to the technician the first day he came out, this is ridiculous and I would definitely not recommend your repair service.

The technician Steve was great. Very professional and explained everything and worked with us. He was respectful of our property and was very nice. Had conversations and we Hope he is our technician in the future should we need one. Sears on the other hand, should change the way they handle customers. Everything is AI. I couldn’t even get in touch with a person after we were scheduled for an 0800- 3:00pm waiting window and I received a text from AI at 2:30 that due to issues with staffing they had to reschedule us a week out. We put our whole day on hold for a message 30mins before the end of our appointment window. We Tried to call and get in touch with someone from Sears only to get AI and the run around. Even when they kept RESCHEDULING us. We tried to contact someone so that we could choose the date and time instead of having to take the date and time the AI selected for us. There was no way to speak to an actual person. It was very upsetting. While I hope to have the technician back for any work orders, Sears lacks customer support. It’s all primarily AI.

Actually, the repair was simple and finished in 5 minutes. Five stars for Thomas, the repair man. Waiting a month and a half for a replacement part prior to repair was absolutely rediculous!

Window is to big. 8 to 5 is horrible. Technician was nice, but that was it. We were the last stop and I was home all day and they didn't have the motor fan so they would have to come back. Do not use this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I have had two NO-SHOW appointments in the past month and then finally a tech arrives and won't work on my appliance because of a mixup on their end with the paperwork and repair order number. He can't call anybody at the company to resolve as he says they are an AI company with no live people and he cant even contact his manager. When I call it is in a foreign call center and management will NOT take phone calls. STAY AWAY...STAY FAR AWAY! UPDATE: Terrance is awesome! Very knowledgeable and personable. He went way out of his way to get my refrigerator repaired as dealing with Sears is a nightmare! They are now an AI company and speaking to someone is almost impossible and when you do get someone they are really no help at all and not even based in the US. They also have no way of letting you speak to a Supervisor. Someone needs to hire Terrance away from this company as he is a valuable asset. It took a total of 2 1/2 months to get the repair completed and should have taken less than two weeks but was delayed due to AI. Raised from 0 stars to 3 Stars and that is only due to Terrance. The company still deserves 0 stars.

The service tech was great! I feel he knew what the problem was because of experience. Ordered part came back in 3 days installed part 15 mins refrigerator back online. The cost for the part was outrageous. Never buy LG. Refrigerator 2 years old

The jury is still out. Thomas was the life saver. I wondered if I would cancel but Thomas the tech was so knowledgeable and smart I will wait. They rescheduled my tech 4 times, I just got noticed nothing that I controlled. The first tech ordered the wrong parts and said they couldn’t fix the refrigerator. The customer service people (2) said the tech has the right parts with him. Neither was true. Everyone but Thomas needs training!!!!!
