I think it was Raquel, the operator was great. Wonderful service over the phone. Without question a five out of five. The only reason I give you three stars is I bought my power washer a few years ago at Lowe's and we cannot get the part I need. 2 or 3 calls and 2 or 3 different operators have been very pleasant. They have been very helpful and spent a lot of time trying to help me. So you can see the situation. It's a good review, it's just that I should be able to get my part. It's a little orange bolt. There's only one orange part on the whole power sprayer! Lowe's has a different part number, so what? Why can't you guys get the part I need? I received the part from you in the mail. The part is wrong. It is not the operator's fault necessarily. The point of this review is asking you why it is so difficult for you or me to find one part on the whole unit that's unique? My 3-year-old craftsman power washer can't be used because of this leaking part. And I can't get it replaced. That would make me give a Craftsman power washer an extremely low review. How possibly is it that I can't send the operator a picture of the part I need and it's taken me all this trouble to not be able to get the parts still, but I can sit here and send the picture of the part? I am now stuck with a part at my house that is wrong and useless. I paid $60 for it. The lady said she would send me a return label and never did it. No email with return label. Nor could we find my part. Please get this part and mail it to me and send me a return label. I will edit this review when that happens. I am not on Facebook or any social media.

There actually was no repair. Problem was most likely ice cube clogged In dispenser. Tom was very nice. My problem is when I made appointment thru Choice they said I had to make the $75 payment with them. However the tech came and said I had to pay him the $75 to Sears. He also indicated Choice does not charge the fee upfront as they do not perform the service. I am not happy I paid twice and there really wasn’t a repair needed. This is no way an issue with the tech. The problem is payment transactions between Sears and Choice. Five stars to tech for arriving on time and his professional manner. Now I have to chase down how to get my money back.

After having three scheduled appointments when no tech showed up or contacted me, and after trying to get someone to come out, on 07-19 a tech came out to my residence, installed new parts in the broken refrigerator, left one instruction (to not use the refrigerator for twelve hours). I went out of town Saturday, 7-20 returning 7-23. As I returned, I discovered that the issue is not fixed at all. The refrigerator is still not running or cooling. This issue was first reported June 8 and it is not resolved. I, on 7-19 gave the tech a high rating because he at least came out and I assumed he had replaced the parts, only to discover that the problem was not fixed after nearly a month of promises broken. With 90 plus degree daily temperatures I am still waiting for Sears to honor its contract with me.

Sears appliance repair when it comes to scheduling and then arriving on time is absolutely terrible! The service people however, with my recent experience are absolutely amazing! I would avoid using Sears at all costs if I could help it. I wish my home warranty company would use a different company.

t was a very bad experience, we got up on Monday the 26th of January to find that our refrigerator/freezer was not working properly. My wife called the service center and they said they could not get anyone out to our house until Saturday the 31st. My wife and I said this was not going to work. The customer service person ask up to hold on and she was able to get someone out the next day on the 27th of January. The repairman showed up and fairly quickly found a problem, and that he would order the parts, but, said that he could not get back out until the 7th of February to get the part and install the part. The part came in on Friday the 30th. We call to see if anyone could come out and install the new part, no such luck, we had to wait until the7th. The customer service person did authorize us to go and small refrigerator at Kmart or Sears with an $85 price limit. I do not think Sears carries a $85 refrigerator and we do not have a Kmart in our town anymore. So we had to spend a $151 on a small refrigerator that will be of no benefit to us if we ever get ours fixed. The repairman came on the 7th of February and was here for about 3 hours and said the refrigerator would need to be replaced. He said he had to take pictures and send them into the office and that we could check on Monday the 9th of February. We did as we had been instructed and contacted the customer service people on the 9th of February. The customer service people were courteous but, they said that they did not get the pictures. I told them that I was watching he repairman when he took the pictures and sent them. I asked if he could contact the repairman and ask him to resend the pictures, he said that they had but for some reason was not getting the pictures. We were then told that they could not get another repairman to us until Friday the 13th in the afternoon, between 1 and 5 pm. I told the customer service person that this was not very good and ask to speak to a supervisor or a decision maker. The customer service person said that it would do no good that the supervisor would tell me the same thing. I have been buying Sears Kenmore products for many many years, but I must tell you this experience with this refrigerator has been very bad. I get the feeling that no one wants to help us with this LEMON. The refrigerator is only 2 years and 2 months old and it has been down 3 times during that span. This is the longest it has been down, the repair men that have been coming to work on the refrigerator have been very professional, I cannot say the same for the customer service people. We try very hard to do what is right and live a good life, treat people correctly, but I feel that Sear's has dropped the ball on this sale and I do not believe I will ever buy anything form sears again. Purchased the Refrigerator at Sear's in December 2012, for $2265.80 out the door, a very disappointing purchase and most likely our last with Sear's. I believe this to be true and accurate to the very best that I and my wife can recall. Clifford Marcum

Terrible experience the last couple service visits. The service rep didn't show up for one visit and did not call, next visit did not order a part after he stated it was ordered, next visit was scheduled to arrive between 8:00 - 12:00 and called at 11:00 to inform me the visit would occur at 3:00 so I had to reschedule and was supplied a date 2 weeks later. The quality of the workmanship is ok but the service center and the service reps organizational skills are poor.
