The repair eventually went fine. The appointment window is based on arrival not getting the job done. For the first visit I waited 5 hours (not 4). In ten minutes I was told the part needed was not in stock; therefore another trip would be necessary along with a check. For the second visit ( 9 days later), I again waited 5 hours for a 1 hour job. If I count my billable rate this was a very expensive repair because Sears can't stock parts locally and can't hone their repair call timings. Would I use them again - NEVER. The easiest way to implement that - don't by Sears.

We waited all day, for a call, that never came, after 7 p.m. a service man showed up, explaining our service rep. could not make it and he was called to cover, for our original rep. Now I can understand things coming up, but I would have at least, expected a phone call, telling us what happened. The gentleman that did come, was very polite and seem to know exactly what he was doing. I felt sorry, for him and knew he was a little upset too. Hey gentlemen, next time give me a phone call.

Horrible experience the technician either didn’t seem to know what was wrong with my washer or didn’t care to find out. He just came in open the back panel pretend to look at it and said that it was my control board said it was gonna cost me over $500 for the control board and another 350 for labor so obviously a brand new one is cheaper than that. I declined to get that done and I’m not even sure if that was the problem. He didn’t seem like he want to deal with it. Just happy to collect the $129 service fee.

Terrance was an excellent repairman. The automated communication bit was miserable. No option to talk to a real person. Would not recommend.

Terrible service. Appointment made for 3/28 showed up 4/28. Was forced to buy new refrigerator because of terrible service and unkept promises.

Technician stated customer had to leave so it prevented him from taking pics. Technician told a lie , customer never stated to tec she had to leave. Did not inform or communicate with customer of condition of refrigerator. Just wrote that it was in horrible condition on the invoice..very unprofessional

I was very disappointed with the service. I let the technician know that my whirlpool washer wouldn’t switch out of the sense/fill cycle and kept filling with way too much water without ever starting the wash cycle. I also let him know that I’d tried to recalibrate it and run a diagnostic without getting any results. After telling him that, all he did was start a cycle while he scrolled on his phone. Then informed me the cycle appeared to be filling with too much water (information I’d already told him). He eventually stopped that cycle, drained it, and started another one. Waiting several minutes to tell me the same thing, that there appears to be too much water. After this he said he’d like to try recalibrating it, which took him a while, but he eventually figured out how to do that. I almost stepped in to help since again, I’d already done this. But after he ran a recalibration, and determined that it didn’t help, he said his best guess is that it’s a control board issue and would cost me $850 for him to fix (when it’s a $500 machine new). He went on to explain to me that new cars cost less than cars you rebuild buying them piece by piece, I think an attempt to make me feel better at the outrageous price. He said then it’s just the $139 diagnostic fee — even though he’d been there all of 20 min, did nothing that I hadn’t already tried, and all he did was start two loads and run a recalibration. I think the price is ridiculous especially for the minimal service provided and the apparent lack of training and lack of familiarity with whirlpool washers. I’m very disappointed with this company.

My appliance insurance is choice home warranty, I raised work request for refrigerator with them and they allocated searches technician to it, initial visit, they didn’t follow up later. It’s just bad service my seats.

Technician showed and ordered a part. We paid in full for everything up front, made an appointment for 2 days later to fix our machine. The tech never showed up. We waited at home between 8am-5pm. We had to deal with an AI robot to reschedule again 2 days later. Will change this review if we get the repair done. Still waiting for service to show. **NEXT DAY** Number posted on this review is only AI and we haven't been able to speak to tech about service. Same recording each time with no update.with the website that is posted here, there are only options to reschedule or cancel appointments.
