The guy never showed he called and 15 minutes later I get a message saying he came and completed the service. Complete waste of my day.

Sears Dispatch is why the poor mark. Tom - the Tech - was handcuffed by the dispatch system. He couldn't call until he was already at my door, and failed to reach me via my doorbell camera/ speaker/ and by calling my phone from a number that Apple thought was spam. This is the third time in as many months that Sears Service dispatch has failed it's customers and techs.

I was home in the shower when the technician arrived. He rang the doorbell twice and waited less than 5 minutes before he put a business card in the door and left before I could answer. He also had my contact info and never tried calling me while outside. Now have to wait a week for another appointment. Very displeased.
