Have a broken dishwasher, won’t work, just an error code. Called sears home services and had someone come out. Told us on the phone to unplug it and the plug it in, also to cut power to it and turn it back on. We had already done that, but repeated it. When service man got there, he did the same exact thing, didn’t take anything apart or try different computer codes. Said he didn’t know what was wrong with the dishwasher and wouldn’t know how much it would be to fix!!! We paid $129. For this!!! Now we will have to call another repair service and pay again. What a scam, total ripoff. I highly don’t recommend sears home services.

Absolutely ridiculous. you closed my ticket and never visited my location after reschduling 4 times. You guys freaking suck and I will never use your service again. TERRIBLE

Technician was fine, respectful. But the amount charged for this repair was absolutely ridiculous. To replace a roller in the amount of $388 should be considered highway robbery. You should be ashamed of yourself, and I wish never use your service again. And don't worry, I made my feelings quite clear on Yelp.

Scheduled a tech from 7AM-11AM today. Kept receiving updates from 8AM on that tech would arrive in 20 minutes, or would contact me when on the way etc etc etc. Called to find out what happened after hours and was old the tech "went to the wrong house and was denied access" even though Sears had my contact info (mobile number), address and email. I WOULD NOT recommend using this company. Lying to the customer for whatever reason is not the way to do business.

Got a text at 8:30 AM saying repairman was on his way should be there by 10am Page says refresh for new details.Did that throughout the day, It would tell me the Page was refreshed.But the same message technician is on his way should arrive by 10am. Got a text at 4:30 PM saying per my request appointment was rescheduled for the following day. I never canceled and I never rescheduled. Would not recommend this company to anybody. The technician showed up the next morning and completed the job. And he did a nice job but the fact that I missed a full day's work yesterday Makes me leave this at a one star rating. So my advice to you is I would look elsewhere if I needed my refrigerator fixed if your time is important to you.

Very disappointed. Tech took quick look at unit and stated- you're not gonna like this, it's probably condenser-we then said it's a good thing we're covered by our home warranty. Tech then changed his tune and said drain line was blocked and that his company no longer unblocks drain lines. He then recommended a plumber. Problem still not resolved 2 days later

The wait time for service was 1 week. the service window is 8-5 which is way too big a window. The technician that showed up claimed that he could not repair AC. He only clean the pan and put in a temporary solution. The AC ran for one day and died again. He did not emailed the diagnosis back to my home warranty company Choice home warranty within 24 hours. Sears Appliance repair should do a better job by sending in quarlified AC repair person in.

Fridge broken for over a week now. Extremely frustrated with this service. Expected repair yesterday, and waited all day. Then at around 6:45PM their website showed my repair appointment rescheduled A WEEK OUT. Their information incorrectly shows that parts have not shipped to my home when all parts are in fact here. In trying to communicate this, I've called every number I can find and have been unable to speak to a human being to correct this error. Hugely disappointing. We've used this service before and liked it, but this is unacceptable.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. First of all, gave us an enormous time frame for visit. Did not show up. We were able to reschedule for the following day. Another 8-5 time frame and more time booked off work. 3 repair technicians later on 3 different days and they finally diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher. We prepaid over $500 for the repair. They were unable to complete the job. We were assured we would receive a refund within 6 weeks. It’s has been NINE weeks. Countless hours on hold looking for answers. CSR’s on the phone are unknowledgeable. We keep getting false promises of an email within “72 hours” claiming to have information on refund from billing department. Still waiting 3 weeks from the first attempt at contact. NEVER do business with SEARS!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! They will steal your money!
