We made over a half dozen calls to several different numbers to try and talk to a rep. Every number for A&E leads to a computer generated voice. No way to get to a human!!!! Our parts were suppose to be within 4 days. It took 3 weeks!!! We will never call A&E again! However the techs that came to our house were knowledgeable and friendly.

Absolutely WORST SERVICE EVER !!! I was promised 3 days and took 3 weeks and could NEVER SPEAK to anyone !! Always got directed to an automate system . I'll NEVER use them again !!!

Cut vacation short for a Confirmed scheduled appointment only for the technician to be a NO CALL NO SHOW. All! Customer service numbers are automated with no live agent option. Unacceptable for a paid service

Tech ordered wrong part.Took 10days for next tech to show up . I asked if it would take another 10 days to get the correct part(circuit board). He said "what do you want me to do about it?"
