I cannot believe it took 5 repairmen to fix my refrigerator. It seems as though they were more concerned about the number of completions per day as opposed to completing a job in its entirety. Is this what the CEO is advocating, if so then this review is valid in every respect. From July 4, 2024 until August 31st I did not have the use of my refrigerator. Unacceptable and poor leadership. I would like to have spoken with the supervisor assigning these men. Not being able to spend the time to make a complete repair falls on the supervisor of these men. He or she should be fired. This is certainly no way run a company. In closing I will never use Sears Appliance again.
