Quick responses, friendly and efficient. I was impressed that they asked me in detail what the issue was and I was able to detail it sufficiently enough for anticipated parts to be shipped directly to me ahead of the scheduled service date. This saved a lot of time and got my ice maker back up fairly quickly.

Terrence fixed my problem and even showed me for next time if this issue happens. Took him less than 2 minutes. Lesson learned. But thankfully it wasn’t a worse issue.
