Tech was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Showed up on time, explained the problem in simple terms and corrected it on the spot. Another technician from a different company misdiagnosed the problem and could not correct it. Ken analyzed the issue and solved it in one visit. I would still be waiting for repairs if I had stayed with the other company. Great job!

Kyle came into my home and was a complete gentleman. His knowledge of repairing my clothes dryer was impressive. He had my dryer up and running within the hour. He replaced the bad parts and completely clean the insides with a vacuum.

This poor guy has been to my home probably six times. He is always in a good mood and explains everything in detail. Among the best repair experiences I have had. Unfortunately the dishwasher was unfixable. So now I am waiting on Assurant to buy the dishwasher back for me.
