Very good service. knowledgeable and courteous service guy. Found the problem in 2 minutes, had parts in the truck, fixed it in less then 30 min. Only negative is the time it took between the ordering of the service and the actual service was about 3 weeks.

As always they were here as scheduled, and got right to the problem. We were advised about extended warrantees, and also given a complete report on what the problem was and it was fixed to our complete satisfaction. It is always a pleasure having the Sears Team come to our house, I continue to be impressed with their professionalism and their ability to quickly diagnose and fix the problem.
