Very good service. knowledgeable and courteous service guy. Found the problem in 2 minutes, had parts in the truck, fixed it in less then 30 min. Only negative is the time it took between the ordering of the service and the actual service was about 3 weeks.

As always they were here as scheduled, and got right to the problem. We were advised about extended warrantees, and also given a complete report on what the problem was and it was fixed to our complete satisfaction. It is always a pleasure having the Sears Team come to our house, I continue to be impressed with their professionalism and their ability to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. Great job, much appreciated.

The complete repair process from beginning to end was very professional. It is very refreshing to see repair service technicians that care as these guys did. The first technician visit to my home for diagnosing the problem with my washer was a gentleman by the name of Mike and when I greeted him at my door he introduced himself and before entering immediately removed his shoes. From that point on these guys were the best in repairing my washer, being soo careful to clean up any mess and then spending time with me to explain exactly what had been done and why. Before leaving they took the time to demonstrate the washer cycles to me assuring me that it was repaired correctly and in perfect working order.
