Technicians analyzed the problem and methodically worked through it. There were several possible causes for my oven's symptoms. The technicians kept at it, systematically and logically replaced parts till the oven was working properly. Appreciated their diligence. Glad I called Sears 4 My Home.

After months of repairman visits, plus assistance from the Sears Social media contact, our problem was solved! The bad news is that refrigerator repairs are complicated and often not solved in one visit. the good news is that if you have an extended warranty, as we do, Sears will persist until it gets fixed. We buy as many of our appliances through Sears as we can and take warranties because THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.
