Both service calls were very good experiences. Courteous and helpful. I learned that my machine always had a problem since the day we bought it and never knew...because the part that replaced the broken door hinges made it work with friction.

Washing machine was repaired and service people were terrific. The problem I had was with the call center in the Philippines. The were nasty and useless. The call center in the US was really great.
