Washing machine was repaired and service people were terrific. The problem I had was with the call center in the Philippines. The were nasty and useless. The call center in the US was really great.

Although I wasn't happy with the fact that the refrigerator needed an almost $500 part after 16 months, I was happy with the quick service.

they came to my house cause the rack that came with my Microwave burned 3 small spots in the back , the tech painted it big like 3 dark green circles it looks like a 2 year old was playing. sears will not do nothing! this is new and 600.00 DONT BUY FROM THEM
