Quick efficient service. Only negative is given the time from 8 o’clock to 5 o’clock and not being more specific about what time he would be here would be nice if you could say between eight and 12 or 12 to 5 so people could go about their business, and I had to sit at home all day!

Arrived on time, very nice technician. Knew exactly what the problem was. UNfortunately, the repair would cost almost as much as a new one. We opted to buy a new one.
