Not fixed 4 Times to fix the front door locked

Despite a second visit, refrigerator is still not fixed. A third repair is already scheduled for 12 May. According to our service contract, if three repairs are required within six months, we are entitled to a new refrigerator. We may take advantage of that clause, because apparently, this unit cannot be fixed properly. Apparently, there is only one repair technician in our area, and he is continually booked three weeks out. This refrigerator is only five years old, and it has been nothing but trouble. Fortunately, we have a 40-year old Kenmore in the garage that works perfectly, despite the fact that we have moved it across country at least five times!

All you need to know is that I received no service from Sears. Will not be buying anything in the future.

The repairman was here twice; I called Sears to tell them it was not done properly; they said they would have the repairman come back; did not hear from him; I called him direct. He said Sears did not call him. He did not follow through on what I said more than once what was the problem, there was an attitude, and as a result my place was flooded along with other units in my complex. Right now I'm very very upset with Sears repair and now reading other negative comments on prior service on the Internet, I am not sure about any of this and will not comment further.

There should be a closer window than 8am to 5pm. and waiting there all day for them to show up after 4pm. When a person like a repair man gets his scheldue for the day , they have some idea where they are placing you on the repair list for the day and a two hour window should cover it!

Bought a lawn mover from sears. Took it back to get it fix and they couldn't fix it !

I only didn't give Sears zero stars because there are none. We have a 2 year old refrigerator that cost close to $3000 that has been repaired 3 times and still does not work. Every service call is scheduled almost a month after you call. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM SEARS.

Awful service repair - My refrigerator stopped working the first week of August & the first appointment to have a repairman to come out was September 14. Approximately 5 weeks later. I had to go over a month without the use of a major appliance from Sears before anyone came out to check & repair. Sears did give me a small dorm size refrigerator which can only hold very few things. When the repairman did come out, he said he would have to order parts. Now I'm having to wait until Oct 10 th for a Sears repairman to install parts. So we're looking at almost 2 1/2 months before it's repaired. It is not only under regular warranty but also under the maximum maintenance plan available. I've been buying Sears appliances, tools, etc... for over 30 years but I will no longer recommend it's products or services to anyone. I've never experienced a service as bad as this.

4 months and no repairs cancelled 5 appts (taking a day off work for each appt) the service people simply don't show up and claim they did. this happened on 2 appointments the other 3 they called at 4pm and said they had to reschedule. I have been calling since MAY it is now one week from October to have an air conditioner repaired. (YES THE ENTIRE SUMMER IN SOUTH CAROLINA WITH NO AC) SEARS claims they have to try to repair the unit 4 times on site before they will replace in 90 days i have not been able to get them to show up once in 90 days much less 4 times. cancelled appointments don't count however the 2 appointments that they simply didn't show up do count because the tech claimed they did service. DON'T DO IT JUST DON'T BUY FROM SEARS and if you do what ever you do DON"T buy the "in home service repair" worst service ever and even better you get an attitude from the folks in the Philippines when you call. which by the way you will spend hours on the phone being transferred and disconnected on every skipped or missed appointment. it is no shock at all that sears is going out of Business such a shame. I have this contract on three (3) ac units as the contracts cost almost as much as the AC unit itself one would think if they had to replace one they still made the money. it is by far the biggest scam i have ever been involved with to date STAY AWAY FROM SEARS
