NÖ GOOD I HAVE CANCELLED THE CONTRACT THEY DÖNÖT FIX ANY THING I WILL NÖT HAVE THEM MORE AND DON'T WANT THEM FIND A AOTHER COMPANY.

Well my Kenmore fridge is 8 months old and still under factory warranty. Took 2 weeks to get Sears Home Services to get the repair ticket opened correctly for no charge warranty repair. Sears uses A & E Factory Repair in Myrtle Beach SC. We are now 7 weeks into trying to get a certified technician to come to the house to diagnose and repair it. You have to deal with a call center that is offshore somewhere and never get to speak to a USA based service agent. I had to rate this 1 star since there are no zero stars. Can you tell that I will never buy another Sears product?

I asked for freezer repair, and the tech checked mother board, which was defective. That repair occurred May 14, 2021. He said it would take a couple of days for the freezer and refrigerator to be back to normal. After 2 days, the refrigerator was only 56 degrees. It is now August 12, 2021, and they have failed to repair the refrigerator that they damaged. I am not sure where they 4 star reviews come from, but I believe they don't submit all the reviews, so the rating is skewed. They made me wait almost 4 weeks for parts, that obviously didn't fix the problem. This repair service is not to be trusted. Now they just send techs but no body orders parts.....I haven't been able to keep perishables for weeks, and the call center just gives the canned speech and doesn't do what they say they will do. I have experienced this lack of courtesy after calling up to 20 times over this time frame and can't get anyone to speak with me.

waited 2weeks for repair after talking to sears service tech on phone (cost $39.99) could only be 3 problems according to error code. Tech came out no parts waited 2 more weeks for fan motor, refrigerator stop working now have to wait 2 more weeks for tech who probably won't come with parts

The technician was very nice and told me the noise was probably my agitator coming loose. It required 4 small plastic clips worth less then a dollar and it took him 10 minutes. He had to charge me $225 because of their program. Shame on you Sears for ripping off America. I

Tec was very nice. Advised warranty was void and on my 5 yr old refrigerator and they wouldn’t cover repair without receipt. Still charged me $127.00 to do nothing. Beware before you call for repair. You’ve been warned.

Repairman replaced compressor, dryer, and something else. The repair failed and now I have to wait another week and a half for a second repair date. REALY POOR service.

I had to use then in 2021 as part of my AMAZING home warranty that "came with" the house I bought >.< The garage door worked before I bought the house. Just like the A/C that the realtor conveniently had her buddy configure the night before the inspection. Anyway, the garage door hasn't worked, and many qualified people looked at it. Well, I decided to use the amazing home warranty service which sent me to the Sears folks. And, they sent someone out. And he decided he could not fix it and that it needed replacing. And, I paid my deductible to him. And GUESS WHAT. THEY NEVER CAME BACK. Waste of money, garage still broken. If you try to call you just get lost in a menu system. Way to steal a poor lady's hard earned money.

Stay away!!! Waste of time and money! They over charge for products and fixing items. First we waited about 3 days for an appointment. Then when he got here he told us we would have to pay $500 to fix our washer or we could replace our washer and dryer, we found out it was only $25 dollars for the door latch on Amazo. and a 10 minute youtube video lesson. It tooks us 5 minutes to replace the latch ourselves. Oh and we paid a $100 for a Sear technicianto come out lean on our washer, text on his phone and say oh yes maam you are right its the latch. Go somewhere else! Don't use Sears services. I'd give 0 stars if it would let me.

Not good. I was shocked to see tech put one leg in washer and use a mallet/hammer to release a part. I am not being funny , this actually happened. I thought something was stuck in motor because of sound, though still able to use machine. After service, it was inoperable. I had to purchased another washer.
