This company is the biggest joke ever. No humans at all to talk to in order to get an explanation. Their customer service is all AI and resolves nothing when you need an answer

These clowns cancelled my appt without notice with only 30m remaining in my 4 hour window —TWICE IN THE SAME WEEK. I was here, waiting for them TWICE. I have no idea if they can fix appliances. I know for sure they can’t keep an appt. I made a mistake trying to get these clowns to provide a service for payment. Oh — and they want you to pay for the service when you make the appt. Makes perfect sense now. Totally wasted my time and money and made NO effort to acknowledge (must less adequately seek to remedy) their total absence of professionalism.

I Did Not See Anything Get Done! My Range is the Same Way it Was,After the Scheduled Appointment! I Don't Know if it's Because of The Holiday, or Profiling! This is South Carolina, and the Hidden Folks who have positioned themselves are working overtime...but Anyway irregardless...was Charged for the Service, and A Deductible! For NO SERVICES RENDERED! I Called the Entity to Find out what was Going on, as well as Expressed my concerns about this situation and felt like they were in Breach of Contract! They responded that they were going to reschedule for NEXT YEAR! meanwhile I have Family coming from all over, and we can not Use Or Range and we can not get Refund for Deductible, unless we Cancel Complete Service! Meaning NO DEDUCTIBLE, NO SERVICE SCHEDULED, and in my Experience NO SERVICE RENDERED!

The service is deplorable!!! They scheduled appointments and didn’t show up on three occasions. We are trying to get warranty work on a new washer dryer combination appliance that we purchased at Home Depot more than two months ago. The appliance worked about three times and then began to flood the floor of our home every time we tried to use it. The appliance is manufactured by LG who referred us to Sears Appliance Repair for the warranty work. We have scheduled appointments on 4 or 5 occasions. The Sears technician failed to show for the appointments on all but one occasion. On the one occasion he showed up, he activated the appliance flooding our floor, said he had to order parts and left leaving our appliance and floor flooded in water. Now after almost three months of of enduring this despicable relationship with Sears we still have a brand new appliance that we cannot use. Moreover, we have tried and tried to talk with live people with knowledge of our problem but have not been able to talk with anyone who has any knowledge about our problem. We were able to talk to a live person on one occasion but she had no credible knowledge of our situation and she admitted that she was not in the United States. We are told by Home Depot and LG that we must use Sears for the warranty work. However, it looks like we may have to hire another appliance company to get our brand new LG appliance to work! We have never been treated so poorly as we have been in trying to work with Sears Home Services, LG and Home Depot!!!

If I could rate zero I would! I contacted Sears Home Service to repair my refrigerator and they sent the technician out on 8/27/24. He did no diagnosis and after only 5 minutes or so, determined what was needed to repair my refrigerator, to the tune of $581.71 (part - $67.07 labor -$509.95). I paid with an electronic check and the part was ordered - to be delivered to my home. The part showed up on 9/4/24 and a different technician showed up on 9/5/24 to complete the repairs. When he showed up, I told him I hoped that part was going to work because the previous technician didn’t do any diagnosis. After explaining to the 2nd technician what my refrigerator was doing, he immediately told me that the part wouldn’t work. (He also told me that the first technician had done this before and they were having to go behind him ALOT to clean up his messes! Then he said another technician had threatened to quit because of having to go behind that first technician to fix his mess ups!) He then went about running some diagnostics on my refrigerator after which he advised me that it would cost $1300 to repair it. I told him I would just buy a new one. We talked about the amount I had paid previously and he went to call his manager to find out what to do. He told me his manager told him to take the part and return it and said I would only be charged $129 for the service call - the remainder ($452.71) would be refunded in a week (9/12). On 9/12/24 I had not received the refund so I called the service number and spoke to an individual about the refund. I was advised their “system was down” but my request had been escalated and I would receive an email updating me within 24 hrs. On 9/24/24 I had not received the refund or an email so I called the service number again. This time I was advised that it would take 30 days for the refund to be processed and that my request had been escalated and I would receive an email updating me about it. On 10/10/24 I had not received the refund or an email so I called the service number again. This time I was advised that it had only been 21 days from the date of the refund request, which I assumed was 9/5/24, but they said it was when I called on 9/24/24. They advised me that the refund would be processed by 10/23/24 (30 days from 9/24/24). Once again I was told I would get an email updating me… which I had NOT received any emails to this point updating me! I called once again on 10/29/24 and got even more runaround. I was told the request was still being reviewed. I was transferred 3 different times and was kept on hold for almost 40 minutes. I’m certain they thought I was going to hang up- but I did NOT! The last individual I talked to, once again said he was going to “escalate” my request and he gave me an email address to their billing department so I could send an email regarding this issue. I sent a detailed email on 10/29/24 to the email address I was given and requested a read receipt. A day later, that email has not been read and I am livid! I feel like I have gotten a total runaround and I am NOT giving this company $452.71 because that is MY money! They took the part back and NEVER provided the associated labor and that is called theft! I am not letting this go!

Very poor. Technician refused to diagnose the problem on the onset of service call saying payment needed to be made first. The amount quoted was a discrepancy with the warranty company. Technician did not give the customer any opportunity to contact warrant company to resolve and just walked off the job. As a customer who experienced the claim process before, payment was not required upfront but only issue after the service call was complete and the work was done. The technician did not exhibit any patience in the matter and disputed how the process should work. This was extremely poor service and I expressed my dissatisfaction. This is an poor reflection on the company. When the problem was first reported and the claim put into place, it was already about a two week wait before this Technician was scheduled to come out. After waiting 2 weeks and dealing with the discomfort of the air not working, now I have to wait even longer as the service wasn't carried out today. I am very disappointed in the way the situation was handled with the technician walking off the job without doing any work. This deserves a zero rating.

Don’t let your insurance use them to do repairs!!!! I’m on tech number four to repair a dishwasher. Dave was the worse of them all. “ not my fault it still leaking” as he was here to repair it from leaking! He spent more time telling me about how he misses the good old day before computers than he did repairs the issue!!!
