Mochael was very knowledgeable in knkwing exactly what the cause of my refigerator problem. And he immediately replaced my icemaker which was the issue

I was fortunate to get the same repair technician as prior times. He calls prior to arrival, explains what is needed and the plan,he is very tidy. I am always a better appliance owner after he leaves. He teaches me about maintenance of parts and appliances as a whole. I am lucky that he services my area. He has fixed my washer prior and it us still running like a champion after 2 years. He taught me what not to do to prevent the issue. It is what I did. Great help!

The technician was pleasant, competent and we had no issues with them. I have the warranty plan so the repair which would have been over $700 was free. That part was great too. My only complaint was the wait time. Much of the system is AI and that’s not a good thing. It overbooks appointments causing delays. It took over 3 weeks to fix our washer. First, we had an appointment on a Wednesday then it moved to a Thursday then it moved to a Friday that Friday he came and decided he couldn’t fix it because he needed parts so parts were ordered. He came back the following Tuesday and it wasn’t what he needed so the parts had to be re-ordered and we had to wait another week and then too many parts showed up, but it was finally fixed and overall we are happy even though it was a long way around the barn to get there.
