Eric did an excellent job! He was polite and went right to work. Because we were told not to shut the frig off, he had to use a steamer to melt the ice in order to remove bad parts. This took more than an hour. After he had installed the new parts he told us to allow the frig 24 hours to cool down before loading any food. We did as directed, but after only 48 hours of running ice began to show. In about 24 hours the temperature in the refrigerator was 60 plus degrees. Something is not right!

The teck was fine .he was on time and very helpful. He took a picture of the scratch he put on the floor and was very knowledgeable. He found my problem but. I didn't want to spend over $700.00 to get it fixed ... D
