The only issue I had was the prolonged wait to complete the job. Not a reflection on the technician since he does not control the schedule. Other than that he did is best to resolve my issue which is still not resolved unfortunately. Thanks

The service provided was fine, but the communication was NOT. Tech was supposed to arrive between 1-5. Did not arrive until after 7 and the ONLY communication was to say that he was on his way about 10 minutes before he showed up. We should have been kept updated.

My experience with this particular location and specifically the technician, Matthew, was fine. He was doing his job the best he could under the circumstances. The whole process of going through an off-shore call center and then being flooded with texts and emails that don't really let you explain the problem (it's all drop down boxes that don't always appl.) My biggest problem is OBSCENE hourly rate they charge $300 to replace a broken dryer belt that costs $18 and the tech was only at the house 2 hours and also diagnosed a refrigerator. So all in all the hourly rate for actual labor comes to around $150! This dryer is in a rental and the renters needed the dryer working and I decided to pay the mob to fix it because I simply didn't have time.

I will not be using this company for appliance repair again. I was without an oven for several weeks longer than necessary and not once did communication work as intended. The technician failed to communicate his actual arrival, and did not call to say he was at my house 2.5 hours earlier than Sear confirmed over phone 30min prior. Their technician tracking feature did not work any of the three times I needed service. Despite over a dozen attempts to contact the company and speak to a person, get help, or understand invoices that were sent (with no service happening), I couldn’t get through to a live representative. All numbers, emails, and chat features eventually kick you of the system without answering your questions. The tech was very friendly but I had constant issues with communication with Sears and the technician. My oven is now fixed, months later and I am still unable to find the correct invoice, service number, or an appropriate phone or email number. Never again.
