The service provided was fine, but the communication was NOT. Tech was supposed to arrive between 1-5. Did not arrive until after 7 and the ONLY communication was to say that he was on his way about 10 minutes before he showed up. We should have been kept updated.

My experience with this particular location and specifically the technician, Matthew, was fine. He was doing his job the best he could under the circumstances. The whole process of going through an off-shore call center and then being flooded with texts and emails that don't really let you explain the problem (it's all drop down boxes that don't always appl.) My biggest problem is OBSCENE hourly rate they charge $300 to replace a broken dryer belt that costs $18 and the tech was only at the house 2 hours and also diagnosed a refrigerator. So all in all the hourly rate for actual labor comes to around $150! This dryer is in a rental and the renters needed the dryer working and I decided to pay the mob to fix it because I simply didn't have time.

So the story goes on. After having Sears come and charge me $1500 for a new compressor, which was not the original problem as we found out once I had another company come and diagnose my refrigerator. It has an internal leak in the casing and the compressor was never bad. so in my first review, I explained to everybody how bad that they were. They responded to my review and left me a phone number to call. This is the best part you cannot get to a live agent to speak to. It’s all AI generated and every time you get to a point for an agent, it says there are no live agents so you cannot resolve the problem by calling the phone number they leave. This company that used to be so great back in the day is now become a complete and utter disaster. Do not use this company. Do not call this company unless you feel like talking to AI I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. I am trying to recover, recover the money I wasted with them. I now have to buy a new refrigerator freezer. This has been going on for over 35 days now.

Less than a week after repairs, my compressor is not cooling my freezer or my refrigerator again. Whatever you guys did do it it’s still not working. I called another service out to diagnose the problem because I have lack of faith and sears anymore and I want my money back, which I will be proceeding to get.
