The Service Technician was excellent. Called prior to coming, arrived on time, fixed the problem and actually told me all the parts ordered were not needed. Only had to replace one part, which reduced my bill by $75. BUT, this company’s customer support is terrible if you need to talk to a live person. There are no live people. All chat bots. They give you an 800 number with 3 options and then tell you to log onto their website to reschedule, check on an order, or do other things. Very frustrating. On our initial visit, the technician to order parts. He was here for about 15 minutes., Ordered the parts, and said they would be delivered on Thursday and he would be back on Thursday. I couldn’t quite understand how all the parts would arrive at our house on Thursday and he also would show up on Thursday. So in Thursday, I got a call from an 800 number saying and let me know if the parts came in. If I didn’t call them by the end of the day, they couldn’t schedule a guy to come out the next day. 800 number had three options. First option was asking me if I was calling about an open order or closed door. I selected option one. Then it asked me if I wanted to cancel an order or reschedule an order. They asked me if I receive my parts and wanted to reschedule an order. My answer on the voicemail was that I had received my parts, but I did not want to reschedule, I wanted to keep my existing schedule. that’s the end of your voicemail system and it tells you now at the email just sent to you and put on the link to their website. Well, I didn’t have a link just sent to me. So I go to the website and reschedule or do anything. The phone number is listed on the 800 number that I just called. Finally I got a chat line and started talking to a chat bot. After a few questions, I think a real person came on after 10 minutes on the chat line. I told. him of my predicament and finally got him to reschedule my appointment for the next day. He told me he had rescheduled it from 8 AM to 5 PM. I told him that we were leaving at 5 PM for an event and I had to have the guy come preferably earlier so we can finish by 5 PM. I asked him if it was entirely possible at all to reach a live person, and to give me the phone number of where I could. He gave me two 800 numbers. And I asked him if those were where you get a live number. He answered yes on the chat line. I tried calling both numbers and both gave me back in there that same 800 voice mail loop. Fortunately the service man hit you up this morning at 9 AM, at the job done, and I told him that I was happy with her service, except extremely disappointed in their customer support.. apparently, I’m not the only one complaining about the customer support. I have to say card about going back to them for service. I would’ve rated the company at one star, but Dwayne, the Service tech, was 5 stars. This review is dated. I just noticed that I hadn’t hit post.
