The tect got here checked the parts to make sure they were correct and replaced what needed to be replaced and was a Constant professional

The Sears service technician (David) called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He immediately diagnosed the issue and efficiently address the issue in a very reasonable amount of time. While I did not enjoy the AI aspect of setting up the appointment, the end result involving the human side involving a technician who was knowledgeable, willing and able to explain the repair, and arrived on time and as scheduled, the positive human experience warrants the 5-star rating.

Exceptional technician withe complete knowledge of situation. Made recommendations and completed the task. Extremely courteous. One of the best I have ever met. Recommended Sears Warranty and explained that other appliances would be covered. I wasn't interested at this time.
