First time: “we are in the way”. 45 minutes later they canceled the appt. Second time: knock knock? Technician left because nobody answer the door. I have cameras and nobody show up to my house and the picture that HARVEY P. Sent is the very first house of the neighborhood and it was so far that obviously he lie to not work. Never called and any message at all.

Set up an appointment on the phone for November 26. Not only was the incorrect cell phone number entered but the incorrect email address. The system was not working to pay. Their system would repeat back incorrect numbers. The confirmation never came (due to the wrong number). I contacted the number on the 27th where the system immediately sent me a text confirming for the 30th. That's when I realized the incorrect email. Tried to reschedule. Used Chat- the person said no availability but he would push it through. Didn't happen. I got a confirmation reminder today for Saturday! Chatted again, and had to cancel the appointment all together! The use of international agents with English barriers and the over dependency on technology will cost you business- mine for now!

I called Sears Home Services Appliance Repair to have a repairman come out to fix my LG Refrigerator because it was not freezing or cooling. They gave me an appointment 11-7-24, and the repairman came out and ran a diagnostic test and said it needed a fan. He ordered the fan and it's part (cost under $50), and charged me $515.00. He said the refrigerator should work fine. The next day it was NOT WORKING FINE, so I called again and they let me talk to Alex a technician to troubleshoot the problem. He said it would take 24 to 48 hours and the refrigerator should be working. After two days it STILL WAS NOT WORKING, and I called again. They gave me an appointment for 11-11-24. At 8:11am on that appointment date, they sent me a text message saying my appointment was cancelled. I immediately called them to find out why they cancelled my appt. Alex told me that in the computer the repairman said my refrigerator was working fine. I told him my refrigerator still wasn't freezing or cooling and they had not fixed it. This is the worst service and cooperation with a customer I have ever seen. I want a refund because they just took my money with no decent service at all.

DO NOT use this service. They cancelled our appointment three times on the scheduled day and said they just didnt have a technician available. How you schedule appointments without technicians?

If Marlon is your tech, be prepared for 1. failure to show up, 2. last minute reschedule, 3. your signature falsified so he can charge for the visit he didn't do, and 4. utter inability to communicate.

They never arrived when scheduled - we attempted to use them on two separate days. Day 1 they were supposed to arrive in the morning. The text link said 8 - 12 but the time listed said 2:00. I had external work related appointments that afternoon so phoned to let them know. They assured me someone would come at 11. I even received a new text message but no one came. When I phoned to cancel the technician called me back and said he was overbooked. He suggested I reschedule for the next day. On Day 2 the text indicated 1-5PM with arrival approximately at 4:15. The technician arrived 8 hours early at 8 AM when I was in the shower. I called them as soon as I realized. I was assured someone would come later but, no one did. This is a national number- not local. It i also impossible to reach a supervisor.

I never seen customer service this bad. The guy came out figure out the problem, order the parts and never came back. When I look on their website, the parts are showing as being in. So why won't they come and fix it. I call and emailed Sears and they will not return my calls and email. This company is the WORST company that I have ever dealt with.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sears. I had high expectations, but they failed to meet them. The technician they sent to fix my washing machine simply poured a cup of cooking oil into it and claimed that it would solve the issue. Not only did this not fix the problem, but I was also shocked to receive a bill that was twice the amount I was supposed to pay according to my Sears warranty. When I called to inquire about the discrepancy, I was informed that it would take 24 to 48 hours to process and they could not even look into the charges until then. Now I have to wait even longer to get this issue resolved. It's clear that pouring a cup of cooking oil was not the solution I expected.
